KICKOFF WINTER WITH 5,000 OF YOUR BEST FRIENDS! One of the most creative and popular events of the entire year in Big Bear Lake is the ever popular “Hot Dawgs and Hand Rails” Snow Board and Music Festival Event! It’s being held this year on September 23rd at Bear Mountain Resort in beautiful Big Bear Lake in Southern California! This event is a Blast! Hot Dawgs and Hand Rails is one of the most innovative events in the snowboarding industry. It will feature some of the most competitive snow boarders in the world! These riders will be competing on a one-of- a-kind rail jam course designed and built by Bear
Mountain’s park staff.

Come watch some of the world’s top snowboarders compete on a Bear Built rail jam course with $20,000 in prize money up for grabs!
First heat: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Final heat: 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
In addition to this exciting event is The Music Festival featuring some of your favorite bands for a day of live performances in the mountains. This is sure to get you pumped up for winter. The must-see music performance line- up includes the following:

BONUS NIGHT! Friday Night September 22nd
Your invited to attend an exclusive screening of Arcadia, presented by TransWorld Snowboarding, at Bear Mountain at 8:00 pm. The film follows pro riders Halldór Helgason, Alek Oestreng, Bear Mountain’s own Jordan Small, and others in their pursuit of untouched turns, polished hand rails, and pristine cliffs with bottomless landings. Admission to the screening is free with concessions at the Laybacks Bar. Seating available on
