39th Annual Soroptimist’s Hearth & Home Tour

Big Bear Valley shows off its charm during the 39th Annual Hearth and Home Tour, sponsored by Soroptimist International of Big Bear Valley. On Saturday, October 6, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., delight in remarkable homes and enjoy Big Bear’s fall foliage as autumn settles into the mountains.

In addition to the traditional home tour, guests are offered the option to experience a Wine and Cheese Tasting event held from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the beautiful Alpenhorn Bed & Breakfast Inn which will offer a unique selection of five wines.

The 2018 Tour offers five homes with very different styles from rustic to new, big and small for the guests to tour. Experience the colors and aromas of autumn as Big Bear homes are opened to the public. “Our guests will not only get to experience interesting homes, but they will experience the ambiance of the fall season in Big Bear” said Dawn Marschinke, Hearth & Home Tour Committee Chair. Tickets are on sale now for $30. and the Wine and Cheese event tickets are available at an additional charge of $15.
