The Big Bear Theatre Project presents “Wait Until Dark” at the PAC

The Big Bear Theatre Project is pleased to present the long-running, popular thriller, ‘Wait Until Dark’, for 7 shows only, November 14 – 18 at the Big Bear Lake Performing Arts Center.

Directed by Steve Gaghagen and starring Steve Cassling and Christine Drew Benjamin, ‘Wait Until Dark’ the story of Susan Hendrix, young and vulnerable blind woman who is faced with inconceivable obstacles as she fights for her life against sinister criminals who are suddenly thrust into her life and home. Steve Cassling plays the role of Susan’s nemesis – a cunning and terrifying criminal The show also features Vernon Taylor as Mike, Andrew Campbell as Carlino and the stage debut of Big Bear native and filmmaker, Brandon Miller as Sam. We are excited to introduce Ali Grabe as Gloria, adolescent, insolent neighbor charged to look after Susan to their equal dismay and Darlene Fischbein in a surprise role.

Wait Until Dark’ opens on Wednesday, November 14 at 7:30 PM, (Pay What You Can – tickets only available in the lobby) and continues November 15, 16, 17 and 18. All evening performances start at 7:30 PM. Two matinees are scheduled for November 17 (2:00 PM curtain) and November 18 (2:00 PM curtain).
