Half Pipe at Bear Mountain

Bear Mountain is hosting a qualifier competition on Saturday, January 6, 2018. This is a free event open to the public of all ages* for the first 50 sign ups day-of. Competitors will have a chance to be invited to compete at the 2018 Air & Style snowboard competition, March 3-4, 2018, in Expo Park at the Los Angeles Coliseum.

*Competitors under 18 years of age require a parent signature on the athlete participation release form. There will be live music throughout the day by DJ Daniel Rojas and a performance by Travis Barker. This concert is free to the public of all ages.

Bear Mountain Qualifier Competition Details

One male or female (riding at the same time) will be selected by overall performance. There will be an assortment of technical rail placed in the Scene (Downrails, Kink rails, closeouts and combo features.

Registration will be open day-of for the first 50 sign ups.
10AM-11AM | Practice
11AM- 12PM | Course Maintenance and DJ Daniel Rojas
12PM-1:30PM | Qualifier (One Heat)
2PM | Awards Presented by Shaun White
2:30PM-3:30PM | Performance by Travis Barker

Air & Style Competition The fourth-annual Air + Style Los Angeles Music Festival and Big Air snowboard competition will take place March 3-4, 2018, in Expo Park at the Los Angeles Coliseum.
