When you enter this wonderful mountain vacation home in Big Bear you’ll know immediately you’re in for an awesome vacation! This mountain retreat is absolutely Wonderful! It’s decorated with new high-end furnishings, beam ceilings, and new beautiful mountain décor in every room! The large entry greets you with high vaulted ceilings and windows for a spacious feeling. It is adorned with a beautiful 3 tier chandelier and wood flooring throughout. To the left of the entry, you’ll walk into the delightful Great Room with huge stone fireplace, a great place to relax and enjoy. The Great Room opens to the wonderful dining area with large dining table that offers to seat for 6 and large picture windows.
To the right of the dining area, you’ll discover the amazing kitchen with dazzling granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, beam ceilings, and a granite island with additional seating and another dining table in the kitchen area that seats 4 more. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make wonderful meals! (coffee maker, cookware, dishes, flatware, etc… dish soap, and dish towels too are provided). There’s a sliding glass door in the kitchen area that leads to the fenced backyard, with outdoor dining table for 6, propane barbecue, ( propane provided ) and a marvelous covered Spa for relaxing.
There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, beautifully furnished. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a lounge, large mirror closet doors, and a glass patio door that opens to the front patio. Bedroom #2 is a separate private guest room that is accessible through the double doors off the backyard patio. This wonderful private bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed with two full beds, and a trundle twin bed, a flat-screen TV, and Foosball Table for extra Fun!
There is a full laundry room with granite sink top, in-wall ironing board with iron, and new stainless steel washer and dryer. Next to the laundry room is a guest bathroom with granite sink top. Also off the laundry room is access to the garage that has a portable ping pong table for more fun! You can also access the separate, private guest bedroom from the garage. Ascending up the elegant rod iron staircase to the 2nd floor, you’ll discover the delightful large open loft game room with vaulted ceilings. You’ll enjoy entertaining here for hours with the new billiards table, lounging on the sofa, and watching your favorite shows on the large 50″ flat screen TV complete with DVD and WIFI. There are several fun game boards that hang on the wall too!
Also upstairs you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms, 2 are stunning master bedrooms. One master has a king bed, the other master has a queen bed. You’ll feel like a king and queen when you stay in these exquisite master bedrooms with delightful granite, stone and glass bathrooms.The 3rd upstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with two full sized beds and one twin trundle bed, and a sliding glass door to the back deck. All the upstairs bedrooms have direct access to the back deck from the bedrooms.This amazing mountain home sleeps 15. All Bedrooms are complete with linens, pillows, and blankets for your comfort and the Bathrooms offer towels, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.
