My Girlfriend and I did our annual Oktoberfest and loved the architectural curiosity in Big Bear. Newly renovated the best part of this place is the Upstairs Living Room. It has both a nice Bar/kitchen area combined Living Room almost a Cabana type of feel to me. Our contact had excellent direction and walk thru pointers. easy and quick. Our host informed us when we arrived that Local Big Bear municipal law is for non-residents staying in Big Bear to dispose of your own trash. Nothing that isn’t to be expected but requires forethought on our part. I look forward to hosting friends in the winter if California Snow would cooperate.
