Great property! Spacious home on five private, wooded acres. Very clean and stocked with kitchen amenities. We rented Moonridge Retreat with a very specific idea in our head. From the first conversations via email and phone, Lewis and Big Bear Property Services were very attentive and answered all of our questions. It was a no-brainer that this rental home would work for our needs (a celebration with our closest family and friends.) There was one weekend open that would suit our needs and Lewis was great in working with us to get us on the calendar and reviewing all we would need to do to clean and check-out and how we needed to leave the property. Per Katie, one of the Big Bear Property Services employees, upon viewing the rental after our departure, she thanked me for leaving it in great condition. Because we did have a party with a large group that weekend, there was concern of us being able to get it cleaned up and left in the condition in which we received it. And we did it!!! The yard is spacious and very appropriate for a party, celebration, reunion, meeting or retreat. The kitchen is huge and our caterer had no problem accessing it for her needs. Our only dissatisfaction was when I first found the property and ran a quote on AirBnB and began discussing the rental with Lewis, my quote was $200 a night less than Big Bear Property Services would offer. Upon discussion, they were in the midst of updating the rate on AirBnB and it hadn’t changed over yet when I ran the quote. Since we needed a spacious and private property and the yard fit our vision, we were able to negotiate and meet halfway. A tiny bit of a bummer but we made it work. Moonridge Retreat was everything I had dreamed it would be and we had a very memorable weekend and our party was an ultimate success!!! Highly recommend this rental property!!!!
