January 18th, 20224 out of 5 starsProperty was ok..The cabin could have been cleaner. We had issues with the coffee maker as it contained mold all throughout the coffee maker (I have pictures to show). The stove did not work properly so it was hard to cook anything as only one burner worked. |

I was pretty bummed that a bbq area was listed but the bbq was not working. Also, the lack of necessities needed for a 4 day stay. . There was only 1 paper towel roll and trash bag, no laundry soap, no hand soap, or bathroom supplies. Other than that, the home was perfect! We would definitely stay there again. |

February 20th, 20195 out of 5 starsMeadow Resort ReviewWe rented this home with another family. Total of 9 people (4 adults, 5 kids). There was plenty of room and home was spacious. The house was clean, everything was functioning properly. The Big Bear Property Management team were awesome. Just before we came up, big bear had been hit by a major rainstorm, blocking roadways, power lines down. I was in direct communication with the property manager, he was updating me on road closures, and he personally went to the home to make sure we had power. This was all done the morning of our arrival. Check in was easy, check out was even easier. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!! |

March 6th, 20185 out of 5 starsBeautiful Cozy cabinFirst time in big bear and have to say it was more than we'd expected it to be. The cabin was suited perfectly for our family of 7. They provided warm blankets extra pillows extra beds ad sheets toilet paper soap shampoo towels. The kitchen had pots pans and silverware. The house kept warm throughout our entire stay. Very quiet and cozy location. Can't wait to go back! |

We were met in person by Lewis & Victoria at the office who were very friendly and helpful. You can tell that the people working at Big Bear Property Services truly love their guests, and the work. They made sure that Our cabin was clean, cozy and fully stocked with everything we might need. Our spa / jacuzzi was already turned on and ready to go when we arrived. Every closet had extra clean blankets & pillows, (great for watching movies on the sectional) and the beds & linens felt so luxurious for a vacation rental.. we were suprised at the level of service, and quality of our rental, which was very affordable! All in all, an unexpected five star cabin & experience. Thanks Lewis & Victoria, we will definitely be back and will use your services from now on! 🙂 |

And the the pans that were there were impossible to cook with because they were so thin everything stuck to the pan. The fireplace wasn't working properly. |

Nice soft beds, beautiful master bath, good sized common areas and a nice little back yard space. It's off the beaten path which we appreciated. I like being a bit removed from the business of the Village area but at the same time only need to drive 5 minutes to get there. |

We would go back.As we went for Thanksgiving there were a few items that the house was not stocked with. Lewis from the management company went out and purchased these items for us to use. Incredible service. He was very helpful and friendly. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is that the house was supposed to be smoke free but there was definitely a smokers smell in the house. Not management's fault as people don't always think the rules apply to them and smoke where they shouldn't. |
