The Nutcracker Ballet at the PAC

Moonridge School of Dance presents “The Nutcracker”! Your family’s holiday season is not complete without this ballet tradition! Enjoy the magic of Clara and her Nutcracker as they defeat the Rat Queen and are whisked away to the Land of Sweets where Flowers, Chocolates, and Sugar Plumbs can dance!

This classical ballet in two acts with one intermission will be performed Friday and Saturday, December 14th and 15th at 7:00 pm, and Sunday, December 16th at 2:30 at the Big Bear Performing Arts Center. With a cast of dancers mostly under the age of 13, this delightful production is as impressive as it is sweet! We are proud to feature children you probably already know from the Bear Valley area! With original choreography by Maria Bavuso-Knisley and the teachers at Moonridge School of Dance, you will be enchanted by this cast of talented young dancers as they carry on the heritage of Tchaikovsky’s “The Nutcracker” suite.
