My husband and I stayed at this lakefront home for our Anniversary getaway. We were looking for a place with a dock and a private setting right on the water. The previous reviewer on the property spoke of what a lovely and responsive homeowner Sheila is and that was what we based our decision to rent this place on. No one needs any hassles when going on vacation, right? We could not possibly have asked for a nicer and more accommodating host. The place is right on the water in easily the best part of Big Bear Lake. It was a truly gorgeous and peaceful setting. My husband woke up early and just walked on out to the dock to take the boat out fishing before I woke up every day. Awesome! Sheila was very gracious and went out of her way to provide everything we could ask for…including a bottle of sparkling cider and an anniversary card when we arrived. She provided maps and even gave us coupons for the local restaurant we ate at. If you rent this property, you will have a wonderful time and count the days before you can go back!! Highly recommended.
