Pine View Cabin is a cute cozy cabin your group will love, recently furnished with everything you will need for an ideal mountain vacation in Big Bear. Centrally located only a 12-minute walk to the lake and marina making for a wonderful morning stroll thru the neighborhood! As you enter this beautiful vacation home you are in the main living and dining room area, with an open floor plan and raised ceilings, you will find beautiful leather sitting couches and a flat-screen TV situated around a toasty wood-burning fireplace The perfect spot to snuggle up and stream your favorite show or movie while watching the snow fall thru the bright windows. Pine View Cabin has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your home-cooked meals, general appliances, and cookware. A Dining table and adorable counter bar seating are available for the group. Being a single level cabin both of the bedrooms and bathrooms are easily accessible and furnished with linens, blankets, and fresh shower towels for your trip. Stepping outside you will love the beautiful sun deck, surrounded by trees and an ultra-relaxing mountain environment. The outdoor patio furniture and a relaxing private hot tub plus a propane BBQ are available for your use. Pine View Cabin is the perfect destination for any group no matter the season, pairing a prime location with the necessities to make a memorable mountain vacation plus added modern amenities and private hot tub, your group will surely love their stay here!
• Sleeps 6 in beds - 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper sofa, all linens are provided for the beds.
• Kitchen is equipped with all the basic essentials for cooking great meals, coffee maker, dishes and cookware. Please leave everything where you found it, for the next guests when you check out.
• Kitchen dish soap and dish towels are provided for you. Please clean and put away all dishes and cookware before you check out.
• Bathroom towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your convenience.
• You will need heavy duty trash bags for your garbage which you will need to deposit at the drive thru city disposal site by check-out time. Any garbage bags left at the property will be charged a $25 fee per bag. (This is a city & county requirement). Directions are at the home when you check in.
• During winter months it is highly recommended that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, or snow tires with snow chains in your vehicle at all times. Driving in the mountains during winter can be dangerous, often times when it snows they are required by law.
• During cold weather you'll probably want to bring firewood for the wood burning fireplace, to enjoy the wonderful mountain atmosphere! You can bring firewood from home or purchase it at the many store locations throughout Big Bear.
• "Things Good To Know" about the home are printed and place on the refrigerator door.
