Upstairs you will find the living room and a large kitchen with granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, double oven (perfect for cooking large meals), island with barstool seating for 3, and a large dining table that seats 10. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with a huge sectional wraparound couch w/ottoman, gas fireplace, a Flat Screen TV and a dry bar with 3 barstools. The space feels massive with the high vaulted ceilings and large picture windows that allow a plentiful amount of natural light in.
Step out onto the wraparound balcony to enjoy the beautiful lake view while relaxing in the outdoor spa or cooking on the charcoal grill.

Rules to Vacation by
Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite unless there are commercial trash bins at your property (condo).

Consequences
Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

July 21st, 20204 out of 5 starsFamily OutingWe had 9 adults and 7 children in this home and it proved to be very spacious for our family needs. Great location nearby to the village and lake of course. The views were decent of the surrounding area and we enjoyed spending a lot of time out on the deck. There's a jacuzzi and barbecue out there so it makes it fun to be outside. They do need to get more outdoor chairs and invest in a new barbecue. Overall the place was very clean and the amenities more than worth it. The pictures we saw online didn't really give it the justice it deserves. I would recommend this location to large groups or families. Check in was super easy and the property manager Megan is really good to work with and help you with questions. |

We will definitely be staying here again.Fyi. The street to the house is steep and gets plowed in the morning. It snowed heavy one day and a couple 2-wheel drive sedans with chains got stuck and couldn’t make it up. Our 4-wheel drive trucks could. |

We had such a great time here, there were 16 of us and it comfortably housed and slept us all. The view from the porch was amazing! We were definitely surprised with how beautiful this cabin was and the great location. It would have been better if the cabin had some basic kitchen appliances such as a noodle strainer and tongs. We had a large group and wanted to make spaghetti for dinner and bacon and eggs in the morning. These seem basic and weren’t available. Everything else was great! |

November 11th, 20155 out of 5 starsPerfect Mountain GetawayThis cabin was absolutely perfect! I took my boyfriend and 12 of his friends up there for a birthday weekend away and it worked out great. I am always nervous renting properties because most of the time the pictures are always so much better then what it really is but with this house the pictures didn't do it justice. It was beautiful and extremely clean. But the best part was the view! Both decks look out to the lake and sitting in the spa looking a out to that view was awesome. There are neighbors but they are not too close which is nice. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Lewis the property manager was a delight to work with too. For anyone considering renting this, don't think twice and do it. It is so worth it. 🙂 I can't wait to go back already. |
