Overview:
Evergreen Retreat is a great place to stay if you like summer and winter sports on the mountain. This beautiful home is a single story with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths ,a beautiful spa and walking distance to Snow Summit!! FREE WIFI. The kitchen has everything you need including microwave and gas stove/grill. There is a casual dining table for 6 people with extra seating at the counter bar. The connecting living room area has a big wood burning fireplace, flat panel TV mounted high above the fireplace with high speed wireless internet. The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, personal full bath, a flat screen TV and has access out to the fenced back yard with deck and spa. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Bedroom three and four have twin over full bunk beds with pull out trundle sleeping 4 people in each room . Readily available for your use is the second full bath and laundry room available in hallway. This property sits on large treed lot with wooded privacy fencing. In the garage there is a ping pong table and foosball table. It is an easy walk to the Summit slopes, great for mountain biking & hiking in the summer, snow boarding and skiing in the winter. It is just minutes to the lake, The Village, Restaurants and shopping. There is ample level parking for 4 cars. This is a great price for a great home and location!

Rules to Vacation by
Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite unless there are commercial trash bins at your property (condo).

Consequences
Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

January 3rd, 20243 out of 5 starsBitter SweetShag carpet was gross to walk on without socks. Back room was huge, but queen size bed was tough to sleep in. Should be king, with soft pillows. Wished I would have brought my own. Heater thermostat was off. If you put heat above 58 you burn up. Don't know what that issue was about. Walking distance to Summit is always a good thing. House has great potential. |

April 11th, 20235 out of 5 starsWeekend StayCheck in was easy and the home was right around the corner. It had all the amenities although we couldn’t find a broom where the supplies were located. It was a short walk about 10 minutes to Snow Summit where we did some tubing and had a bite/drinks. Recommend taking extra trash bags, paper towels and napkins. Plenty of plates, utensils, drink/cookware. The home itself is spacious. |

The living room has a lot of space and the game room in the garage allowed our group to spread out. Bring your own laundry and dish washing detergent and bring extra towels. The hot tub is easily accessible from the home and has some lounge seats. Snow Summit is an easy walk! |

January 4th, 20225 out of 5 starsWonderful house - walking distance to Snow SummitWe were 2 families of 4 staying in this house for 4 days over NYE and it was wonderful! The house is large and spacious with everything you will need for a great vacation. The bedrooms are all very large, as is the couch (very important for a ski vacation) and the living spaces. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely dated, but everything works. There is a jacuzzi in the back, but we were unable to use the jets because it short circuited the electricity box. Finally, even our 7 yr old skier was able to walk from the house directly to the base of the mountain in his boots. The location is really perfect. We would love to stay here again. |

December 19th, 20175 out of 5 starsWill be coming back!We stayed at the "Evergreen Retreat" property that sleeps 14 people comfortably and is walking distance to Snow Summit Ski Resort. We had full capacity and invited other friends over and still felt there was plenty of space to socialize.Working with the staff at Big Bear Property Services was simple and they were very respectful (Employee Jeff was wonderful). As we did have a noise complaint or two from the local neighbor, Jeff would send us a friendly text reminder to keep everyone inside and try to keep it down. I would hands down work with them again and will stay at the Evergreen Retreat again as well. Only thing I may recommend is having the house stocked with a few cleaning supplies as we attempted to clean our mess without any. I brought extra paper towels and a couple bath towels that were definitely needed!! It would be nice to know in advance that we should have brought extra towels as we were still short with all the showers and many people getting in and out of the jacuzzi. But, it all still worked out and I will be coming back! Thank you for the wonderful stay! Amanda |

They even had extra large pots to cook for a large group/family.The fools ball table was a hit with the guys and the kids. The pool table was an out door pool table and was warped & only had 1 pool cue but it was still fun. It was a nice get away with all the conveniences of home. |

June 28th, 20175 out of 5 starsAlways fun staying in new home,great adventure for kids.Wonderful time in the mountains,the house was great for my fam of 6 ppl plus couple friends of mine and also room for kids to bring friends. even though they have wifi my kids weren't on it.. they rode bikes and played out doors. All in all great trip. Also great location right where all activities are and close to lake and mountain biking. |

January 31st, 20174 out of 5 starsKids ski tripHI - the place was in a great location and the overall furniture and house quality was pretty good.I was easily able to get the keys and check in and communication between the Big Bear property mgmt was great. The stuff to cook with is sparse! Only two dishtowels, tiny broom, no real baking pans.... a little peeling on the hallway heading into guest bedrooms and one of the bunk beds has a rail that needs to be repaired. Otherwise great experience! |

The house and furniture were beautiful, the location was ideal, and the management was helpful! We also loved the foosball table! The only downside was that we could not play the billiards table, as it is not level, and the space is too enclosed to hit the balls efficiently from all angles. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay! Thank you! |

May 16th, 20165 out of 5 starsGreat place to stay next to Snow SummitI rented this house for a trip with my wife and my parents for Mother's Day weekend. When we got up to the house the yard and outside was kept up nicely. The inside of the house was also well kept and clean. There is ample room to hang out and can sleep a lot of people. We had a nice time hanging out in the spa and we used the pool table and bbq. The town is really close and there are some nice breakfast restaurants nearby. We are definitely going to come back during the winter, since it is literally right down the street from Snow Summit. |

Also, the back patio is spacious and also perfect for a group to spend time on. It is located only a few minutes away from the ski resort and would have been perfect if my stay was during the snow season. |
